Thin Mint Cupcakes

I hate to admit this, but when I was younger I was a girl scout. I wasn't a very good one, though. But that's besides the fact. The point is, I fell in love with Thin Mints. They were the perfect balance between chocolate and mint. I decided to reinvent these into cupcakes. Some Thin Mints and mint extract later, I had Thin Mint Cupcakes!

They were fantastic! Tastes just like the cookies!
